Pros
Great colleagues at lower levels if you can meet them
Cons
Icy, morgue-like work environment. Interaction, discussion, benign suggestions and requests let alone collective action unacceptable to hostile leaders. Huge turnover (20+ of 30 staff in 2.5 years) due to unfair and arbitrary dismissals, plus others escaping. One ejected for requesting a meeting to agree playground opening time; another for requesting a one-day adjustment of their holiday; another for purportedly not writing in the "voice" of the charity despite no examples being given, even after multiple requests. Some department heads collude with CEOs to sanction or dismiss staff on spurious and unfair grounds. One - in front of a co-CEO- said a colleague must go on account of an action she herself was 100% responsible for. Partner and adjacent orgs wary of this exploitative conduct, Pressing need for Lambeth Council, other funders and grant-givers as well as trustees and Charity Commission to investigate,
