No working hours... If they want, they make you work for 2 days continuesly... They won't value for your education. If you are graduate also, you need to work like labour. We can't take leaves even if it important for us. No proper HR. Always HR will be changing. If you are accepting deductions (PF) in your salary. Don't know whether it will come or not. No growth nothing... Your salary will will increase very less even if you work for years. Salaries will not come on time.
