Pros
Money is really good for retail and if you are willing to pick up shifts you can make good money. Discount is great as well. Very laid back vibe and you will meet a lot of cool people. Store management is generally very friendly and easy to work with.
Cons
Not much room for promotion. Arbitrary with how they discipline employees. Can be very cliquey. As a visible minority expect some problems with occasional customers and know that likely nothing will be done about it. Health insurance exists but is not good.
