Thank you for your review. One of our goals is to enable the best employee experience. I’m happy to read that you feel we have amazing people that live our values of Casual Approachability, Conscious Inclusivity, Authentic Character, and Energetic Excellence. I also agree Higher Logic is a great place to start a career and wish you the best as I see you are a former employee per your post.
I acknowledge that we have room to improve on the diversity of our staff. This is a significant issue for all technology companies. Just last week in my Weekly Wednesday Update, I shared our quarterly statistics on diversity and announced our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives which include increased funding for our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) of Pride, Minorities in Tech, and Women in Tech, 4 hours of time every quarter for every employee to volunteer for DEIB organizations, and a $100,000+ pledge for funding to DEIB organizations. The DEIB orgs will be selected by our employee led ERGs and every employee will allocate $300 to organizations they choose based on the ERG selections. Just as we have since Q2 2020, we will continue to be transparent with our diversity metrics and our plans to improve over time.
