Pros
The good things about highland are on my unit your schedule is flexible, the pay scale is good especially for starting out, and most coworkers are easy to get along with.
Cons
Many times we have been short staffed for both RN's and support staff, the patient load can be very heavy, and there is a lot of turn over.
