-Hourly wage is low for the work put in on a daily basis as a collector, to insure not only highline labs, providers offices, and patient's that get tested through highline, are constantly pleased with the best service possible.
-You essentially are working for multiple companies, highline labs and whichever clinic you collect at, but get paid bare minimum and receive no acknowledgement or gratefulness for all the hard work put in to satisfy ALL parties involved.
-Hired/Employed through everchanging staffing companies that are always unorganized and "offer" benefits that are never actually provided, as promised.
-Lots of competition offered between different labs trying to work with the providers, many of which offer higher hourly rates and better benefits for collectors.
