Everything. Firstly, management is unprofessional when it comes to both work and casual conversations. They gossip about one another and try to clean it up with a laugh or say something nice after realizing what they just said. States there is extreme flexibility in your schedule and how you manage your work, but when you try to exercise that right, you are told something different. Minimum to no raise even after 3 years. Just a change of job title to appear as if growth happened. Unnecessary emails almost daily. With that being said, they email to highly encourage you to write reviews of the company. So all these newly positive reviews(especially around the same time frame) are just people following protocol, which I thought goes against glassdoor rules. Most employees are actually not happy here. With the work that is done, you can go to another company with the same title or close to it and make far more money. Pay is extremely almost insulting low. Management will ignore issues and concerns. There are some good but burnt out people here.
