The company has grown a lot since I have been here. We have done that by trying to have a great culture. We do a lot for everyone and try to get everyone involved as much as they want to be. The pay is good, always room for advancement within the organization if you want it. Everyone cares about each other and wants the best. We have weekly team meetings so we can discuss issues and solve them. The guys are fun to be around and I like the plan for the future.

We are in the service industry and we are usually the first one on the project and last one to leave. We are there to make the workzone safe for everyone. That will sometimes require long days, but it isnt physical work. There is a lot of window drive time that is paid for.

Not sure there was any pros to this job or company.

Supervisors and owner are only about themselves. They will work you ever hour but in return they only give family members the good jobs. Culture is bad because they let people go all the time. They act like they care but they don't. Managers are yellers and not very good at communication.
