Pros
Lots of opportunities to get involved in team-builders, charity events and office socials. The office environment is casual but still expecting of hard workers. The projects are all based on cutting-edge technology, which means some of the reward is getting to be a part of a company that "did it first." The pay is about average but the benefits package makes up for it.
Cons
You have to be willing to ask for more details/information since it's not always offered up front. If you have a need for supplies or equipment, be prepared to come up with a "Plan B" while the purchase is completed.
