      Pros

      Many nice coworkers are here, it’s too bad. It’s a small company which I tend to like.

      Cons

      company in has no idea what they’re doing. HR is atrocious based offsite. Morale is low, no raises for 2 yrs. They constantly add to your duties without any compensation.

      Pros

      Management is attentive and accessible to employees. The atmosphere at the office is friendly and relaxed. Employees are given relative autonomy and are trusted to do their own work.

      Cons

      The company doesn't observe as many holidays as some others.
