      Pros

      Pretty good salary and benefits. Great management team and good place to work if you can handle lots of change.

      Cons

      Upper level management changes on a yearly basis making the work environment very uneasy. Be prepared to have a new CEO every 2 years or so.

      Pros

      - Really good benefits (Health, dental, vision, 401k, stock options) - Really experienced people to learn from. - lots of resources

      Cons

      - Sometimes difficult to move up. If you have proved yourself you still might have to wait a while to get a promotion. - Starting pay for entry level is a little low but plenty of opportunity to earn through commission.
