Pros

The people I worked with were nice and helpful. They made the job easier and were good teammates. The insurance was pretty good, even if family plans cost a lot. Time off looked good on paper and seemed like a plus.

Cons

The top bosses were not nice or supportive. They did not listen and made work harder. Even when you take time off, they still expect you to work, so it does not feel like a real break. The family insurance cost too much money. It felt like no matter what, you were always working and never fully resting.

Pros

My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February. My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.
