Poor communication on offers/promotions, last people to know and we are the ones selling it. Was sold as a hybrid job, this is NOT a hybrid job. You are expected to be on the road 5 days a week. Heavy admin. Poor work life balance especially when you aren't hitting targets as being micromanaged and pressured into selling certain aspects of the business when these aren't doing so well. Been so focused on solution selling for so long customers are bored of hearing what you have to offer as it is never what they want, always some "innovation" . Internal promotions for colleagues who haven't been at the company for long. No knowing of these new roles or a chance to apply. Hand selected by people above who others are friendly with. Don't expect a promotion for 3 years after joining as there's nowhere/no role to move into. KPI's set ridiculously high so everyone is fudging the numbers and system is full of rubbish.
