1. Poor and desi mindset of managers who want to control your personal and professional space completely. 2. HR is not powered enough to take tough call on poorly skilled people managers. 3. The day you will join them, you will start asking what kind of decision I have taken in my career 4. Two or more leaders will keep appreciating each other in front of whole team. 5. Manager will decide whom you will talk within the same team and whom you have to continuously ignore. 6. You will remain on the same role for years if you are not working as a personal informer to your manager. 7. Managers will keep your probation period extended or will not even confirm you, if you are not having above mentioned qualities.
