1. There are 5 trades in Singapore - Building Constructions, Civil Engineering, Steel & Metal, Interior Finishing and Heat & Air condition etc - most employees would told you if you are in BC trade is the best 2. Flexible working hours

1. Not everyone is suitable to work in the construction site if you are the AM - this is because you need to be on site most of the time and you must ask yourself whether you want to be in this working environment - the turn overrate for AM in Hilti is high. 2. The basic salary is Low 3. Don’t be fool to believe you will get high comm if you work hard; it’s really depend market. Basic salary is important. 4. Best not to work as a AM role in Hilti.
