- Largely good management team, most of whom actually walk the talk - Solid business model, quality products which make money for us, and help our customers - Opportunities to grow if desired - Company genuinely cares about employees
Cons
-Too much social activism lately (what prompted this review). Focus on maintaining your excellent business model, not being yet another woke corporation.
