Pros
The Hilton Company will go above and beyond for their guests. No matter the issue or request. They strive to make their guests happy and want to be loyal to Hilton Hotels.
Cons
Downside is they treat their employees less than important. Employee recognition for their loyalty is absent. Yes the discounted rooms are great, but being able to take off to enjoy that isn't feasible. There isn't clear knowledge of raise timeframe or if we even get holiday pay.
