Management is like Family, Especially 90% of ASM and BDM and office staff. Marketing Manager is like a Favourite Professor in College. Directors are very cordial to new employees and one can contact Marketing Manager and Directors in urgent cases to seek approval although that rarely happens . My ASM and BDM were very supportive and great motivators to achieve targets and were very supportive in teaching Marketing Strategies.
