The CEO is the most angry person I’ve ever come across. He often looses his temper which results in either horrific language streaming out of his mouth or objects such as printers being kicked across the factory floor in full view of the staff. There is no one in upper management that staff can express concern too as the toxicity starts at the top. Constant bullying to certain staff members was done for all to see and racist remarks were thrown about casually. No female staff members are safe as sexual harassment was rife again from the top down. I’ve heard the CEO refer to the staff as ‘minions’ or ‘worker monkeys’ and I have witnessed the CEO scream in people’s faces.

None there is nothing good to say about working under the same roof as the people who run this joke.

Almost everything is a complete con. The moment you walk through the doors you may be thinking this is normal place of work. Nothing out of the unusual. However my time at Hindley Circuits was more like Hindley Circus ran and managed by people who clearly have lack of experience not only within management but with basic courtesy and empathy. They belittle yourself give you unrealistic targets I've witnessed first hand racist remarks be chucked around as if it was 1833 again. Sexual harassment which management are fully aware of but again lack basic human empathy or decency to act upon and sort out. I wouldn't wish to work here on my worst enemy please avoid at all costs
