AVOID - Factory Worker Hindley Circuits Employee Review

None there is nothing good to say about working under the same roof as the people who run this joke.

Almost everything is a complete con. The moment you walk through the doors you may be thinking this is normal place of work. Nothing out of the unusual. However my time at Hindley Circuits was more like Hindley Circus ran and managed by people who clearly have lack of experience not only within management but with basic courtesy and empathy. They belittle yourself give you unrealistic targets I've witnessed first hand racist remarks be chucked around as if it was 1833 again. Sexual harassment which management are fully aware of but again lack basic human empathy or decency to act upon and sort out. I wouldn't wish to work here on my worst enemy please avoid at all costs

The bullying in this establishment is rife.. and that's just from upper management. The CEO thinks it's acceptable to bully, harass and belittle his employees in front of the entire workforce, throw racist remarks around and his conduct with female staff members is concerning to say the least! Everyone walks around on eggshells waiting for the next episode. Horrible, toxic work environment. Stay well clear and find a job where you will receive courtesy and respect. Don't sell your soul for a cold Greggs bacon butty!
