When I tell people I work at Hinge, they’re impressed. Little do they know how toxic it is to work there.
Cons
The support department is a joke. Management fails upwards, and agents who work hard to basically manage themselves get no recognition. Seems like popularity gets you promotions, because it certainly isn’t work ethic or meaningful output.
