The review about the toxic culture with 13 likes/confirmations is the most accurate review on here. Most others are clearly very fake. From the top down this is not a safe place to work. There is abuse on all levels stemming from Dan (the CEO) directly and has trickled down to all in any form of a leadership position across all teams. The horror stories of the experience of working at Hinge are endless equally from us current and former employees. This is basically all we talk about when management isn't around, but there's nothing we can do. If the company culture and the people you work with and for are moderately important to you, this is not the place for you and RUN!!!
