Pros
1. It’s a fast-growing company, with a ton of upside. 2. Great culture. The executive team places a big emphasis on ensuring new employees are strong fits, both personally and professionally. 3. A lot of creative freedom. The company includes “learn and be curious” & “fail fast” as two of its company values. 4. Remote work. Who doesn’t like working in their pjs or being able to get their laundry finished during their lunch break?
Cons

Can be hard to build relationships with new team members right away since we work so far apart. Fortunately, there are lots of virtual hangouts among employees that get people together outside of work, which really helps 3. The company does a good job of focusing on diversity and inclusion overall, but there is room to grow
