Pros

- really friendly staff - decent benefits & pay for some positions - exciting tech start-up environment

Cons

- leadership seems ok with sacrificing quality of both employees and product to save money - staff is held to a higher amount of accountability than leadership holds themselves to - seems like they want ideas and feedback but really they think they know what's best already. Feedback isn't taken seriously enough

Pros

1. Real emphasis on having ownership of your work. This means there isn't red tape when it comes to ideas you bring to the table, and the company really works around the goal that "move fast break things". Where you have the opportunity to try something new that hasn't been done. 2. Work Hard, Play Hard. With the fully virtual work environment, I would describe it as relaxed, engaging, and just being able to control your schedule as you need so you can get your work done. At first, the virtual thing was a transition, but there was a lot of emphasis on being communicative which has been very successful and I really enjoy that flexible virtual work environment 3. Culture: One of the reasons I joined this startup was the Founder's emphasis on building a holistic culture. There is real demonstrated emphasis on employee well-being with fantastic benefits, success, and development. Also, there is demonstrated emphasis on diversity & inclusion. Overall it is a great group of people to work with. 4. The Collectables Space is such a big opportunity, and I think that is what really makes this such an exciting place overall because, everyone is so energized to help disrupt the $200B market, and what makes me want to come to work every day!

Cons

If working virtually isn't for you, it could be a con. Personally no real cons for me. Being able to maintain the culture as we scale will be important.
