Pros
Great company with really nice people. I would recommend to anyone I know to work there. And not for the sparse employee referral bonus, but because it is a purposeful work done by folks who really care about their jobs and clients.
Cons
Leadership is a mean girls/guys club and folks that care too much can become bitter/disgruntled. If your manager isn't good, the experience could become tougher.
