Cons
- There is a fall man on every project - 1/2 of the employees are actually working, 1/2 are either not working, or also working as Realtors "on the side" (Quick Google search of their names show this - shouldn't THIS company know this??). People will say they are working on something, and it could be 5 months before you get an actual answer. - No one is in the same time zone, "Working from Home" could mean a 6 am to 11 pm day (and it could be recurring). - Favoritism of the legacy/pre-Remote employees "They are just busy, don't bother them!" - Unless you are close to an office, there is 0 personal interaction. And don't expect to be in Tulsa, Nashville or Irvine to get even an office tour if visiting one of those cities.
