Holiday Pay. ATO. Meeting and working with nice and friendly coworkers that you can call friends and even spend time outside of work with. Sometimes team meetings can be a really great break and fun to bond with co-workers as human beings.
Cons
Some management lack communication skills. Some management knowledge in their department products. Hard to get good yearly raises even if you overexceed all your goals. Favoritism is one of the reason your manager chooses others over you for important promotions, raises, and responsibilities.
