Pros
People are nice and very well meaning
Cons
-Very little training aside from a crash course in "this is recruiting, now go get those job orders!" (was like 1-2 days max) -"Don't worry about what your competition is doing, just go out there and meet people and sell!" - like what? How can you sell a tiny staffing firm without any idea of what differentiates you aside from "well we don't have people turnover all the time" (which, spoiler alert, no one I worked with still works there). - Really bad benefits and was generally misled on 401k stuff etc (no one EVER mentioned that you don't get a 401k until after a year) -Absolutely no resources aside from a CRM - get ready to do lots of google searches, use all of the free trials of various programs, etc. Not even a LinkedIn sales navigator or recruiter license to help figure out who to call on. -Building was truthfully falling apart - not their fault, but no urgency to fix the situation. -"Opportunities for growth" - if you stay around for more than 2 years, they will put a silly title on you that means nothing because you still do the exact same stuff -"Do 50 cold calls a day and you'll get at least 4 job orders a week!" - Yeah, not how that works in 2018
