Has a very motivated team in Mexico that gives support at all times. Products are great and business growth opportunities in North America are huge. Good investment in the future and company gives a lot of freedom to approach new customers. Also, management is very open to improvement ideas.

The organization is still very small in Michigan, but the team is growing. It will take some time to convince new customers to add Hirschmann product portfolio.

The local production and logistics teams are pretty good but other areas of the company can be improved.
