- management does not care about the lower staff - increment is a very measly amount - retention rate for their employees is very high but nobody wants a to address it - contract staff are paid very badly as well - the management keeps trying to do internal restructuring and letting go of people but there is also a handful of people who resigned voluntarily before that but nobody wants to address that issue
