Great people, talented staff, great location Unlimited funds from Centrica - for the first few years
Cons
Decisions are made by SLT who are out of touch, act out of defense and are horrified of taking any accountability. They also don't communicate with their own teams. These deliverables are agreed upon without proper input from teams who actually execute delivery which causes disenchantment with the company en masse across ALL teams.
