There are good opportunities for internal mobility, especially considering that the company is still trying to figure a couple of things out both in terms of product-market-fit and operations.

Fairly toxic culture / approach from senior management. Does not create an motivating set-up, where they have a hire fast / fire fast approach, with people always on the line for their job which is quite psychologically intense.
