fully remote and cool industry

Cons

- Sales leadership are not honest, especially about data - OTE is unachievable, and most of the team is far from reaching quota each month - inexperienced leadership and no accountability through the organization - don’t expect much here, most reps don’t last 1 year - TAM is shrinking and quotas are increasing, only to satisfy sales forecasts that boost evaluation

Communication and willingness to help you succeed in your professional goals. Best experience and was my first time with a contracting firm. I got hired on with the company they sent me to in 10 months.

Pros

There are a lot of great people at Hive. They’re smart, kind, and really care about the customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership team (especially the founders) lack the experience and skills to run this company. They have no idea how to manage people, build process, or create a good culture. Turnover is high, especially for roles that report to the CEO. While feedback is technically encouraged, it often leads to retaliation. The culture is driven more by fear than support, and it shows.
