Not all managers are adept to do their job, they rather want to get by, by trying to blame juniors for their mistakes and delays, and as a manager it's really your fault if you can't manage you team and their deadlines properly

I would have given a higher rating to the company if only it wasn't for the impossible number of fake reviews and just the CEO is straight away denying them openly
Policy of asking employees to put a good review immediately after they join so no cons can be mentioned
