      Nice people (until they get rid of them all) Nice surroundings and use of Spa

      Cons

      No security in job, no point trying to progress within the company they will only get rid of you! Hardly any people to go to for help as it is too cliquey. No structure within team.

      Very friendly co workers and managers. Customers and guests are also very friendly and welcoming very enjoyable place to work

      Refer a friend bonus, anniversary voucher, discount on food and drinks as well as spa days and stays.

      Cons

      Holidays statutory, could do with a few extra days.
