      Working with books, most people are friendly collaborative, flexible working hours good bonus structure

      Cons

      Foreigners have worst job progressing opportunities than native speakers. If your accent is not right than your chances of managing job are very slim

      A dynamic, friendly and fun company where everyone is treated with warmth, professionalism and respect.

      Like all publishing demanding and often stressful, very meagre initial salaries for entry level roles
