      Not anything worthy enough to list.

      I've waited quite some time before writing this in the hope my opinion would soften. It hasn't and I would be remiss if I didn't warn people what a HORRIBLE place this is. I was lied to from the get go. Doesn't matter if you do your job or not. If there is a relative or friend that needs a job or if they need a scapegoat you're out.

      2 weeks vacations accrued at 1.67 a week after 90 days

      Cons

      5 years to vest 100% into 401k, insurance is a joke at like 130 a week for 1 person. They will nix you on a cost of living increase if you move up a job title. a mold technician to them is a combination of maintenance person, mold tech, process tech, and material operator.
