      No Pros except free breakfast and vouchers for lunch (nobody wants it if the leadership is pathetic)

      Cons

      Where to start- No respect for improvement ideas, keep praising the old players who are breaking the chair waiting for their retirement, leadership is not even close to align on the latest technologies, unexpected pressure and the list continues.
