Pros
Could have been a great place to work if it wasn’t let down by a few individuals. Some of the longer term employees need to be a bit more accommodating to employees New to the industry.
Cons
No time to relax. Constantly on call when not physically in work. The plant needs a large injection of money to bring it back to its former glory. Limping a business home is not the answer. Patching things up is not the way of engineering, and certainly does not create a long term solution.
