The music that they play in thd office is much to loud. At times the computers go down. Management is very unprofessional and biased. The leads could be much better.

I did like the people I worked with and the hours - 8:45am - 3:30pm - for day shift

The pay base $8.04/hr plus a lousy commission structure. The old timers shared that they used to be able to make good money, but then, unexpectedly their commissions were cut in half and the leads were worse and worse. The more I found out about the company, the harder it was to sell. And you get yelled at all day, every day. It is part of the process... to scream at you to "pull more cards" etc. In the last month, I have wanted to run up to new recruits and tell them to "Run! Run for your life!" Probably 90% or better of the people you talk to, do not want to talk to you. They are trying to call someone else and we, somehow, have grabbed their call and are now offering them a complimentary cruise for two.l
