Business outlook
Pros
Opportunities to take responsibility and accountability for assigned projects - very little micromanagement at HAL. Very good internal training program as well as financial support for job related training outside the company. 9/80 work week with every other Fridy off is a big plus.
Cons
Increasing efficiencies has become top priority with a fair amount of layoffs over the past few years so not a lot of opportunity to advance beyond mid-management level. Company is pretty traditional with upper management being primarily male.
