Company is going downhill - Anonymous employee Hollywood Feed Employee Review

No work life balance. Company has you performing 2-3 peoples jobs at 45-50 hours a week. The compensation is below market value. Only get two days off a year for holidays. The company is against working remotely, even when there is an ice storm you are required to be at work. They used to be big on promoting from within but have stopped. Since they acquisition, they are now hiring outside the organization and leave little to no room to grow. Promotions are now given to friends and family of the McGhee family. Dogs are constantly barking and no one cleans up after their pets outside. The headquarters has no windows which makes day to day work a bit depressing. The warehouse is connected to the headquarters. This causes the headquarters to be dusty, loud, and theft is prevalent. They strive to give our customers the best experience by negatively affecting your work.
