      Not many i can think of at this point in time, it was a (lousy) paycheck.

      Cons

      poor management culture reflected in high staff turn over rate, bullying tactics used to coerce staff to perform tasks outside their job descriptions & level of expertise.

      Pros

      close to chadstone and other South-East suburbs

      Cons

      Toxic management and office politics, being bullied by managers if you voice your opinions and resulted in being micro-managed and belittled. Middle level managers resign and leave at a fast pace, no stable support for the team. Double standards for high-ups from others.
