Pros
The training and continuous employee development is second to none. Although the Sales department is gradually expanding, the management have made a tremendous effort in ensuring Sales advisors are upto speed with their delivery in performance, compliance and effort in making the department as enjoyable as possible. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and there seems to be advisors from various working backgrounds.
Cons
Data used can be an issue at times. However, there have been methods to counter such situations.
