Pros
Pros, if you really need money it's a job and pays. 12 hour shifts so even minimum wage adds up to decent amounts between pay periods.
Cons
I worked there while I was a student and they are just not very student friendly when it comes to scheduling meetings and training. I was unable to maintain my job because mandatory training took place while I was in classes. Also, in my opinion, $8 an hour for the work that you have to do, and what you deal with is not enough compensation. Part-time also didn't get any benefits while I was working there. They were in the process of getting insurance and other benefits packages in line, but they only applied to Full-time employees.
