- I made meaningful connections outside of my team/ department. - Learnt skills like coding and working with the program PeopleVine. This was however not due to being training but was self taught.

- Very little to no training on programes essential to the role. -Lack of leadership and mentorship -Poor management from HOD with very little support. -No appreciation or acknowledgement when a good job is done. -Standards were made to feel unattainable. -Work culture felt toxic and not great team work. -Communication within the team was very poor.
