Pros

My coworkers were friendly and very helpful when needed. The clients were friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

Managers lack communication with each other. Too many manager and on call team. One manager tells you something and the owner tells you that they are wrong and it never gets resolved. Many of their clients homes have no public transportation near their home and in order to get to there you have to have a car or use uber and no reimbursement.

Family like team, great open communication, great recognition programs.

Pros

They were the only caregiver agency in Oregon to offer medical and dental benefits. They don't take more clients than they can care for. They don't put caregivers in bad situations just because they want to make money. They have had mostly the same caregivers for two years when most agencies can't keep people more than 6 months.

Cons

Management was very nice and approachable, but they seemed too busy for staff once in a while. However, to be fair, they were undergoing a management change when I left, but the owners are the managers and that's nice to have managers that are actual owners and not just hired staff.
