Awesome company to work for! Was really impressed by how much they cared about their employees and their clients. Definitely client focused when it comes to caring for seniors and they do all the right things that you would want out of a senior care agency. Paid time off and benefits as well which is rare in this industry!!

Mostly live in around the clock care but not always as they had regular hourly shifts available as well.

My coworkers were friendly and very helpful when needed. The clients were friendly and easy to work with.

Managers lack communication with each other. Too many manager and on call team. One manager tells you something and the owner tells you that they are wrong and it never gets resolved. Many of their clients homes have no public transportation near their home and in order to get to there you have to have a car or use uber and no reimbursement.
