Long working hours for half the year

The people at Homerepair below management and especially SLT are great

If really feels that all decisions made by the company come at no consideration to the employees at the bottom. they were over worked and burning out. Outside of one position training and development is nil. Its a builder forced into a corporate structure because its owned by Suncorp and it simply doesn't work!
