There is something about working there... All management and office employees have been with the company for many years. When I left, I was considered a recent hire and I was there for 8 1/2 years!

The direction of any project can and does change on a moment's notice. Be prepared to shift quickly!

If you have a good team with a strong leader it's can be a fun place to work. There are a lot of ways to be creative with the store decor. The customers can be really nice and fun to work with.

Overall, the corporate office does not care about the stores nor employees.The company has almost no benefits for full-time/management. They only offer vacation time. Those that work in corporate do not know what it is like to work in a store and they have really high expectations that stores really can not meet without cooperation from corporate.
